03.11.2015. Foreign affairs: Political Cartoons, IWP
The institute of World Policy (ІWP) launched a new initiative. It addresses the foreign affairs of Ukraine not only from the perspective of the experts of the research centres but also political cartoonists.
IWP tackled the topic of visa-free regime for Ukraine. It represented the illustration by the well-known cartoonist Oleg Smal. It depicts notoriusly known General Prosecutor of Ukraine, Viktor Shokin, who retards the impementation of visa-free regime between Ukraine and the EU.
