Anthology of the constitutional process in modern Ukraine

In this anthology are presented the most important legislative acts that define the content and special aspects of the constitutional process in Ukraine. They range from the Constitution of 1978 and draft amendments to the Constitution up tо the conclusions of the Venice Commission and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

To help to understand the content of certain phases of the constitutional process in Ukraine and related social and political events the anthology includes relevant analytical materials and conclusions related to them. According to the author, Viktor Musiyaka, one of the key conclusions of the the book is that the constitutional process in Ukraine has never been integral: full implementation of the amendments to the Constitution through laws did not occur because after each change of the government, be it the Parliament or the President, all previous transformations would wind down and the new ones would be launched.
