The Centre for Global Studies “Strategy XXI” presented the new issue of the Black Sea Security Magazine.

The sixth year of Russian aggression against Ukraine continues. Crimean peninsula, Sevastopol, part of the Lugansk region and the Donetsk region – 7% of the country remain occupied. The Putin project “Novorossiia” collapsed, but the Surkov’s hybrid war technology continues to be used by the Russian Federation. “The Civil War in Ukraine” – another of the stamps of Russian propaganda continues to be exploited, despite thousands of evidence of the Russian aggression against Ukraine. According to the Kremlin’s plan, the change of power in Kyiv gives Russia the opportunity to revive the project of Ukraine’s Anschluss.

In the current issue of the journal, which dates back to the 70th anniversary of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), we have prepared a wide variety of researches both in the Black Sea region and beyond.
