On the 23 July, discussion “What Ukraine thinks: results of the six months” took place at the premises of Information Agency “Ukrinform”. During discussion, results of the expert survey “Political consequences of half – year” conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv “Democratic Initiatives” Foundation and the book “What does Ukraine think”, prepared by the European Council on Foreign Relations were presented.

Those in opposition to decentralisation reform are not opposed to the reform itself, they are opposed to it’s methods. This is the conclusion reached at the debate on “Reform of local government: how not to harm the community”, which took place in Odesa.

On 5 July 2015 in Sloviansk, one year after the town was freed by Ukrainian army from armed separatist, International Centre for Policy Studies (ICPS) co-organized a Forum “Donbas – Ukraine: Agenda”.
