Civil society organizations call for a coalition of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to fulfil commitments made in November 2014. In the coalition agreement, parties promised to adopt legislation on elections in the first quarter of 2015, and the reform of the law on local elections – the first half of 2015.

Experts of the Civil network OPORA prepared the article with infographics and analysis of voted in first reading draft law No.1565 “About the specifics of ownership in apartment buildings”. 

Experts from the Centre for Political and Legal Reforms (CPLR) produced new research about informal practices in criminal procedure. 

Experts of Civil Network OPORA presented the results of the research during which 29 official websites of parliamentary committees were monitored.

According to the result of monitoring of the centers of providing administrative services (CPAS)  in the regional city centers, Vinnitsa took  the1st place in the group criteria “Availability and completeness of the information about CPASs”.

Centre for Political and Legal Reforms launched a new project “Speedometer “Ukraine-EU “: constitutional and judicial reforms”. Experts estimate the level of implementation of reforms for European integration in Ukraine.
