Public Discussion: “Future of Think Tanks in Ukraine: Tasks, Challenges, Opportunities”
On January 30, the Razumkov Centre held a public discussion “Future of Think Tanks in Ukraine: Tasks, Challenges, Opportunities”.
The discussion was dedicated to the publication of 2019 Global Go to Think Tank Index Report, (Think Tanks and Civil Societies Program, University of Pennsylvania).
The discussion was attended by representatives of the Government of Ukraine, Ukrainian Parliament, think tanks, researchers, independent experts, representatives of business, international organisations and embassies.
The following issues were discussed during the event:
- The role and place of think tanks in shaping public policy today and for the next 10 years
- Products of think tanks in information overload: how to keep the attention of the society and government?
- How to ensure sustainable operation and development of think tanks?
