Ukraine-NATO Program for 2021 has been approved: what does it envisage for judicial reform?


On 11 May, the President has approved the Annual National Program under the auspices of the NATO-Ukraine Commission for 2021, which outlines reforms within Ukraine’s course to become a full member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. The Program also envisages measures for the judiciary, which strategic goal is to build the activities of the judiciary on the principles of the rule of law, and declared goal is to establish an independent, efficient, accessible, and accountable judiciary trusted by society.
